Turtle Beach Camp

Listing # 02812

This property features a 14 x 55 fully furnished mobile home with a large back deck, storage rooms, 30 x 50 metal awning/cover big enough to store a pontoon boat. This property comes as a package with its own pontoon boat included so it’s a “don’t miss” opportunity. It is located in Turtle Beach Lodge, a small fishing camp, with a store for bait, fishing supplies and ice. There is also a boat launch in the fishing camp. The camp is very close to Toledo Town where you have many shopping choices including a Market Basket (full grocery store), fuel for boats and vehicles, fishing supplies, restaurants, and even doctors’ offices. This is a lease property, so the land is not included in the sale.
