Eason P. Dowden

Eason has lived on Toledo Bend Lake for over 30 years and enjoyed the quiet rural setting. After competing several years as a professional angler in local and national tournaments, Eason received his Louisiana Real Estate License in 1998. In the fall of 2001, he decided to gain more knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing attending college as Stephen F. Austin.

He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in the spring of 2006 with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Minor in Management. After working for a short time for Fastenal and Academy Sports & Outdoors Eason has been working as a Listing and Sales Agent for Bo Dowden & Associates Real Estate full time since August 2007. Eason attended Bob Brooks School of Real Estate in Baton Rouge. In 2020, Eason became the Broker for Bo Dowden and Associates from his father who still owns the business. Formerly a member of the Toledo Bend Citizens Advisory Council(TBCAC). Formerly a member of the Recent Business Advisory Council at Stephen F. Austin State University.
